Xbox 360 Kinect

Despite the fact that I am a major PS3 fan i'm really excited to be talking about the kinect today because I am actually buying one today!!! I have actually only used it once before but that one time was all I needed to understand the crazy fun experience you get when playing. So first lets talk about the games you can play. If you buy the kinect bundle (which I am) it comes with Kinect Adventures inside. There are about 30 games you can play with Kinect Adventures for instance a pong game where you and your partner have to keep the ball from going past you, my personal favorite. There is also a river ride where your partner and you are riding through a white water river obstacle on a float and you have to move together so that your float turns at the right time and also jump at the right time to get the most coins above the ramps to obtain the highest score you can get. Another great game is dance central where you try to get the most amount of points by dancing beter than your opponent in your choice of modern day songs and their dances. Some of the songs included are Down by Jay Sean, Poker Face by Lady Gaga, and Crank That (Souldja Boy) by Souldja Boy. One of the greatest factors about the Kinect is that it is completely family friendly and I would strongly suggest it for those people like me who dont feel like going outside the house to do exercise. Now you might be asking yourself "why don't I just buy a wii which is like $100 cheaper?" which is totally true except for the fact that the Kinect doesn't require any controllers, so you don't have to go buy a new one when it breaks. The kinect is completely camera sensored and copies ALL of your body motions, and is actually infrared sensored so you can still play at night when the room is dark. So to end today i'll just say that if you ever want to have some extreme fun or don't know which console to buy - kinect is your best bet.
