Operation 7

Sorry compared to yesterday's post this will kind of suck but here it goes anyway. To start off again you must register and download at this link http://op7.netgame.com/ .

For this game since I have not played for a long time, and when I did only played for a short period, I will just state all the good and unique things of the game with differentiate it from other FPS's. Ok so the game modes are generally all the same with TDM, S&D, and im sure there are sniper arenas also. You get gaming points in this case I believe gold, and you can use that to buy or upgrade pistols, SMG's, rocket launchers, or snipers. You can upgrade by adding a scope or red dot sight, bigger clips, and etc...... For in game battle there are 2 special things you can do that I thought were pretty cool. #1 is the lean right/left. When taking cover behind a barricade depending on which side your on, you can lean out with your gun shooting and only your head vulnerable while the rest of your body stays protected behind the wall. This can make for some clean kills when spotting an enemy before he spots you. #2 is cooking a grenade which means holding it after taking out its pin and releasing the lever. You have about 4 seconds before the grenade explodes and you get to hold on to it as long as you please as long as you don't go over those 4 seconds and explode yourself. This helps in combat because if you know someone is going to pop up at a window at a certain time by a constant un-intelligent pattern of spraying, then you can throw the grenade so that it gives a nice pop to the dumb bastard who thinks he can outsmart you with his oh-so-great "Red Dot Sight" on his noob SMG. Sorry had to take out a bit of anger right there. Anyways moving through to the finish line of today's post, lastly I will say that although most of the maps are horrible and way to open, the game and interface are decent and easy to get used to with just a bit of practice. With this I'd just like to say, never judge an FPS before you've given yourself at least 24 hours of gameplay to adapt. Who knows maybe you'll like it eventually, I had my own experience like that with Team Fortress 2. I'll talk about it either tomorrow or later this week, stay tuned.
